About Us

We are in our 30s with a 5-year old son. In 2018, we purchased the Capital Lake House Airbnb. We have always dreamed of moving to and managing a vacation rental on the lake. After 3 years of looking, we found exactly what we were looking for. When our guests kept asking for pontoon rental, we listened. Everyday we feel lucky to have the opportunity to help people enjoy all Madison has to offer, use and develop a variety of skills, and enjoy lake living too.

Brad has been with Capital Lake Airbnb and Capital Lake Pontoons from the very beginning. He’s helped us with everything from cleaning to fixing things to pontoon captaining—his specialty.
